Symbolism and application of the item A small enamel pendant cross is made in the traditions of the 19...th century, the era of the revival of Byzantine enamel technologies. On its obverse side is depicted Golgotha, an eight-pointed cross with a tsata (half-moon decoration) and circles with the inscriptions of the name of Christ horizontally and the words "NIKA" along the vertical.
