PRICING

DONA DEI reserves the right to change prices at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The DONA DEI online store uses geolocation based on IP address to display prices and fees based on location. All prices for EU visitors are in Euros and include your country’s current VAT (Value Added Tax) and all EU sales include VAT. All prices for non-EU visitors are exclusive of VAT. The final decision as to whether goods are sold with or without VAT is made at the location of the recipient of the goods.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

All orders containing both “Pre-Order” and “In Stock” items will be shipped as soon as ALL items are in stock. If you would like to receive items separately, you will need to place a separate order.

SHIPPING

• DONA DEI ships to addresses within all EU countries, UK, USA, Canada and Australia.
• Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Candles are made to order, so orders with candles will be shipped within 3-4 business days.
• Orders are shipped via standard delivery – DHL Global Mail or express delivery – DHL Express. Delivery to PO Boxes is only available via DHL Global Mail.
• Once your order has been shipped, your shipping address cannot be changed. Please enter your shipping address correctly during checkout, otherwise you may be charged the appropriate shipping fees to reship your purchase.
• If the product was marked as “Pre-Order” at the time of purchase, your item will be automatically shipped as soon as it is in stock and you will receive tracking information once your items are shipped.
• Items are only shipped during the business week (Monday through Friday).

DELIVERY COST & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All goods are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania, EU.

TRACKING

You will receive tracking numbers on the day of shipment. Because packages are shipped in multipacks to the Deutsche Post terminal, tracking information from Deutsche Post is only available within 2-5 days of shipment from our warehouse.

INSURANCE

All items purchased on the DONA DEI website are fully insured when shipped by mail. Once a loss is confirmed by Deutsche Post or DHL, we will promptly send you a replacement or refund.

CUSTOMS

Customers in EU countries don’t have to pay any taxes. Other countries may apply some taxes depending on their import and e-commerce policies. Generally, US Customs does not charge additional taxes for purchases under $800. DONA DEI is not responsible for any import duties and taxes associated with your order. If you are charged duties or taxes upon receipt of your package, you are responsible for covering these costs.

PROMO CODES

Offer may not be combined with any other coupons, promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated. Only one coupon per customer per transaction. Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are not included in the total discount amount.
