Symbolism and application of the item

Each person is given by God his Guardian Angel at the time of ...baptism. He accompanies him all his life until his death, and after death escorts his soul through heavenly sufferings.
As a faithful friend and mentor, the Guardian Angel rejoices when a person turns to God and grieves if he forgets about Him. Many saints who had seen Holy Spirit, saw Angels rejoicing beside the righteous and weeping over the sinners.

Around the image, there are the words of prayer" Saint Guardian Angel, pray God for me". On the other side of the image, you can see the Flourishing Cross.  It is one of the symbols of the Life-giving Cross of the Lord, personifying the deliverance of the human race from original sin, granted by the Savior at the price of His godmothers. The cross is complemented by the traditional inscriptions of IP XC and NIKA. The prosperous Cross symbolically depicts Christ Himself, who, having died on the Cross, made him the source of life and immortality. Eternal life came to the world through the Cross. Therefore, the Cross of the Lord is figuratively called the Tree of Life and is often decorated with plant shoots and various ornaments.

This image could be a nice gift on the occasion of the first communion or confirmation.

Why should you buy this item?
  • On the Cross Tree, Christ suffered torment, sacrificing Himself for the salvation of people. And this sacrifice gave people the opportunity to enter the kingdom of heaven. Thus, the Cross “flourished” and gave birth. This is indicated by flowers, bunches of grapes, and vines that adorn the flourishing cross;
  • The image of the vine on the cross also tells us that the Church is a tree whose root is Christ, and we are all branches, called to be in unity with this tree and bear the fruits of virtues;
  • Also, a flourishing cross recalls the Tree of Life that has grown in paradise.
