Welcome to DONA DEI Ltd. If you choose to purchase our products, you will be subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase, as you will be bound by them once you have purchased items.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, less any shipping and handling charges. If a discount was applied at the time of purchase, that discount will be applied proportionately to the credit. Gift cards are non-returnable.

If you received a product as a gift, returns will be honored if requested within thirty (30) days of the original purchase and refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.

The 30-day warranty window is from the date of delivery.

Please allow up to 1 week from receipt of your return for the refund to be applied to your credit card or account.

USE OF PROMOTIONAL CODES

Only one promotional code may be used at checkout per order. Our platform does not allow more than one code to be used. Please note that Gift Cards can still be used after a Discount/Promotional Code has been used. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with sales, markdowns and promotions unless otherwise stated.

 

WELCOME NEW SUBSCRIBERS

New subscribers receive a promotional code for 10% off their first purchase.

  • The code must be applied to the shopping cart to receive the discount.
  • The promotional code will not work on sale items.
  • DONA DEI Ltd is under no obligation to notify an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry.
  • Only one (1) promotional code may be used per order.

If you are unsure how to complete this promotion, please contact customer service before finalizing your order. Promotional offers will not be honored unless the appropriate code has been applied to the shopping cart and no refunds will be offered if the promotion has not been completed correctly. The promotion cannot be applied to a completed order, nor can the promo code and discount be applied to an invalid order.

The intellectual property rights in all software and content, including the DONA DEI brand and all other trademarks, trade names and logos made available to you on or through this website, remain the property of DONA DEI and are protected by copyright laws. You may store, print and display the content provided for your personal use only. You may not publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce in any format any of the content or copies of the content provided to you or appearing on this website, nor may you use such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

 

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price. Delivery times are subject to availability and any guarantees or representations as to delivery times are subject to delays due to postal delays or force majeure beyond our control. Please see our Shipping & Billing page for more information. To contract with DONA DEI Ltd you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. DONA DEI Ltd reserves the right to refuse any application.

Our Contract

  • When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods is not formed until your payment has been authorized by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing and Availability

  • Whilst we endeavor to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices displayed on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice. Payment

  • Payment Our website accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Stripe. Once your credit card has been validated, we will immediately charge your credit card for the full amount of your order when you click “PLACE ORDER”.

Discount Codes

  • Promotional Discount Codes – We may, from time to time, offer promotional discount codes that may apply to all or certain specified purchases made through this Site.
  • The terms and conditions associated with each discount code will be specified at the time of issuance.
  • Only one code may be used at a time.

PROMO CODES

Offer may not be combined with any other code, promotion or discount unless otherwise stated. Only one coupon per customer per transaction. Offer applies to pre-tax merchandise only (excluding shipping charges).
