ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL

Once you place an order on our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is generated automatically. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before submitting, as it cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

All orders returned due to an incorrect address will be charged a 10 USD/EUR restocking fee.

If your package is going to a workplace, please include the company name to ensure prompt delivery.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All of our advertised items should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of an item and when this happens we will offer a refund or exchange.

RETURNS

Please be aware when shopping online that colors may vary from screen to screen depending on the product purchased. If you are unsure of the color of a particular product, please email info@donadei-shop and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we offer exchanges or refunds on goods that are unused and in their original packaging with uncut seals at the purchaser’s shipping cost.

Goods in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the order, once approved by our customer service team. For non-EU customers, we will send an invoice for customs purposes.

As DONA DEI is not responsible for the loss of a returned item, we recommend that you send it by registered mail.

REFUNDS

DONA DEI offers refunds on merchandise due to change of mind and all items, including those on sale.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been delivered to the address provided by DONA DEI. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please make sure all information is correct. Once an order has been placed, you have 4 hours to change or cancel it.

FAULTY ITEMS

All products are inspected before shipment. If a product is found to be defective, DONA DEI will replace it. You have up to thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of your order to notify DONA DEI of a problem with your purchase along with a photo of the defect.

If you return or exchange a defective, damaged or wrong item, we will pay for the packaging and postage.

However, we offer free delivery for “change of mind” exchanges. You will only be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
